Saturday Morning Update
Mom is continuing to improve little by little. Being conscious means she's conscious of all her discomforts. Thankfully she's not in a lot of pain. She didn't get much sleep, but her spirits are high. Today will be another busy day of therapists coming to work with her.
One thing we're hoping for today is better dining. Right now Mom is "eating" some vaguely yellowish goo called "Peptide 1.5" through a feeding tube. If you are ever at a restaurant and they have "Peptide 1.5" on the menu do NOT order it.

Good Morning, this Shirley from the Richmond Branch in Richmond, VA. Hello, can you tell your mother I am praying for her, brother Nelson and the family. I just gotten the information last night via a text. Let her know I love her, miss her and she is always in my thoughts and prayers. She is an amazing and beautiful person. She is truly strong and I am thanking God in advance for her blessing in her recovery. I love you sister Nelson.
ReplyDeleteNoted on the Peptide Goo! 😂 So happy to hear the tube is out. Love and prayers and temple name role applied.

ReplyDeleteLast Saturday we laughed and talked all the way to Idaho Falls and back and ate peanut butter sandwiches, a step up from Peptide Goo. It will be a glorious day when we can do that again. Sending much love.
